About Kyra
A member of the California Bar since 2009, Kyra served as a Deputy District Attorney before turning to Estate Planning. Kyra is a native of the Central Coast, a member of the SLO County Bar Association, and regularly volunteers in her children’s local school. Committed to delivering efficient and personalized services, Kyra is your trusted guide in all matters of estate planning.
How It Works
We stive to make the process simple. Three appointments, in-office notarization and deed recording, and you’ll walk out of the door with your finalized documents in-hand.
Initial Consultation
A half hour meeting, during which we will discuss your estate planning goals. You will leave with a questionnaire designed to guide you as you make decisions and gather information prior to our next appointment.
Plan Review
We will discuss the specifics of your estate plan and set a date for you to sign documents. You will receive drafts of your documents with time to review them before our final appointment.
Signing Documents
We make document signing easy with our in-house notary. We provide you with an organized binder of your documents and a check list of any additional steps you need to take.
